The Municipal Authority of Upper Southampton Township has a regulation whereby any new water and/or sewer customer who is a property owner in this township must sign an application for service form and pay an application for service fee of $40.00 which will be added to your first QUARTERLY bill.

Our water meets or exceeds all of the criteria established by the
Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection(PADEP)
