2024 Rate Adjustment

INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES

The Upper Southampton Municipal Authority, with the assistance of a grant form the PA Department of Commerce and Economic Development is upgrading valves in the water system. These replacements will allow for isolation during required shut downs for maintenance and emergency operations.

Our contractor, Shain line Excavating, will be in the Hillside Farms & Gravel Hill Farms and also Southampton Hills area beginning Tuesday, September 10th.

Intermittent water disruptions will begin on Monday September 9th through Tuesday, September 17th. Notices will be delivered to affected areas 24 hours in advance.

The tentative schedule is as follows:

Restoration work will begin Tuesday September 18th thru September 30th.

Notice is given that the regularly scheduled public meeting of the USMA Board of Directors will be held on September 23, 2024. This meeting was previously advertised. It is anticipated that certain Board members and/or staff will attend the meeting in-person and certain Board members and/or staff will participate by using authorized telecommunications devices (ZOOM) as defined and permitted by The Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Act.
