Application for Service

The Municipal Authority of Upper Southampton Township has a regulation whereby any new water and/or sewer customer who is a property owner in this township must sign an application for service form and pay an application for service fee of $40.00 which will be added to your first QUARTERLY bill.

A NEW WAY TO VIEW, RECEIVE AND PAY YOUR BILL AND IT'S FREE

The Authority is in the process of implementing a new online payment, and electronic billing service that will offer greater flexibility in paying your water and sewer bill. With the improved bill pay service, customers will soon be able to receive and view bills electronically and make payments online, by phone or by text, with a credit/debit card or bank account.

Here are some highlights of what's to come:

• Pay anytime, anywhere on line, by phone or by text
• Schedule a payment for the same day or a future date
• Receive email reminders when a payment is due and a confirmation after making a payment
• Choose to eliminate paper bills and go paperless

Position	Details
Job Title	Seasonal Employment-Maintenance
Date of Opening	APPLY NOW
Status	Seasonal (April 21 - October 10, 2025)
Hours	Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Hourly Rate	$18.00-$24.00 per hour (dependent upon qualifications)
Job Duties	Mowing/trimming grass; painting, other maintenance duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications	Experience in grounds maintenance/operation of tractor, push mower, trimmers, small machinery. Valid PA driver’s license required. Mechanical abilities a plus. Minimum age 18.
Required Attire	Long pants and boots (preferably steel-toe). Staff shirts, work gloves, ear plugs, and safety glasses will be supplied and required during machinery operation.
